Our superb eBikes – electrically assisted bikes – are lightweight, highly adjustable, and safe as you can easily put your feet down on the ground. The powerful engine boosts your pedalling, turning the steepest hills into a doddle!
You need basic fitness as you still need to pedal the bike for the assistance to kick in. And if you want a challenge, you can always turn the engine off!
The tour is suitable for active adults and children over 15 years of age that are at least 145 cm / 4 ft 9 in tall.

Our superb eBikes – electrically assisted bikes – make this tour suitable for all active adults and children over 15 years of age and over 145 cm / 4 ft 9 in of height. As you pedal, the bike assists you with its electrical engine, making the most challenging hill a real breeze. You need basic fitness and basic cycling skills as you still need to pedal the bike for the assistance to kick in.
The weight limit of the bikes is 120 kg /265 lbs.
The minimum age is 15 years and the minimum height 145 cm / 4 ft 9 in.
We use eBikes – electrically assisted bikes – provided by Kalkhoff and Arcade. Their electrical engines combined with powerful batteries mean that our otherwise quite challenging tour (on a normal bike!) remains an enjoyable experience. As long as you pedal, the bike assists you thanks to the electrical engine. If you want a challenge, you can reduce the power of the engine, or turn it off altogether, for the whole or parts of the tour.
Nice can get quite hot in summer – up to over 30 °C/85 °F. Remember to dress according to the weather and to hydrate well (we provide water bottles filled up with fresh water for this purpose).
